BREAKING: Ezekiel Elliott’s Motion Denied, Suspension Reinstated

The Second Circuit court has denied Ezekiel Elliott’s emergency motion on Thursday and his six-game suspension has officially been reinstated, according to Daniel Wallach.

Last week, the Second Circuit has granted Elliott’s motion for a brief administrative stay, which allowed him to play against the Chiefs. Elliott’s suspension has flipped back and forth the past few weeks, but the good news is that we’re drawing closer to the end of this ongoing saga.

Elliott was accused of five incidents of domestic violence that took place over over the course of a six-day period in July 2016, which led to the NFL suspended him six games.
