Williams Leaves in Walking Boot; Expects To Be Ready
(Sept. 11, 12:46 a.m.) Terrance Williams suffered an ankle injury on the first play of the game, forcing him to the locker room for tests.
It’s hard to think he would have one of the more productive games of the night, but that’s what happened. He returned to catch six balls for a team-high 68 yards – all of which with what he described “just a sprain” to his right ankle, which was in a walking boot after the game.
