Snoop Conner making the Dallas Cowboys’ roster in 2024, or perhaps even the practice squad, is currently not a prevailing thought among the team’s followers. But the third-year running back prospect is a fresh face in a group that’s screaming for some new blood, and he brings a few things to the competition that could lead to a surprise in August.
Conner joined Dallas last January on a reserve/future contract a few days after its season ended against the Green Bay Packers. It was a fairly unheralded move as we were all still reeling from the loss and focused more on what the Cowboys were going to do with their head coach and other big looming decisions.
