The 2017 season was supposed to be one where the Cowboys took the next step. There was supposed to be dominant offensive football. There were supposed to be playoff wins.
Instead, a six-game suspension for Ezekiel Elliott and a sputtering offense left Dallas sitting at home as the postseason started last weekend.
So let's move forward. There are plenty of reasons to think positively and negatively about next season.
Let's start with the five reasons to feel good about 2018.
