The Dallas Cowboys looked to upgrade several positions of need this offseason. And they did so through a trade, free agency signings, and the draft.
The trade for defensive end Robert Quinn certainly helped to solidify the defensive end position in Dallas. The signing of veteran wide receiver Randall Cobb fills the void left by Cole Beasley in the slot. And the second round selection of UCF defensive tackle Trysten Hill added some much need talent to the interior of the Cowboys’ defensive line.
But possibly just as interesting are the moves Dallas opted not to make.
