2 internal and external options Cowboys should consider after Chuma Edoga's injury

In most regards the Dallas Cowboys had a pretty successful preseason opener against the Los Angeles Rams last Sunday, despite losing the contest in the final seconds of the game. One thing that may come back to haunt them from the matchup though is Chuma Edoga's unfortunate injury.

Told Chuma Edoga is dealing with a dislocated left big toe as well as other damage to the joint. No surgery required but looking at a prolonged recovery/rehab process that will cause him to miss a number of regular season games.

The good news is Edoga's injury isn't of the season-ending variety, but any kind of injury like the one he sustained to his toe could cause him to miss multiple regular-season games.
