Collins is a 6-foot-4, 305-pound offensive lineman from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, who went to LSU for all four years of his eligibility. Coming out of Redemptorist High School, Collins was named a 2011 first team Parade All-American and UnderArmour All-American as a senior and was a consensus five-star prospect.
According to the Baton Rouge Advocate, Collins’ father, Theotis, spent more than a decade in prison for his involvement in a bar fight that led to a man’s death.
