The Dallas Cowboys are extremely close to signing free agent cornerback Patrick Robinson to a three-year deal, reports the Fort Worth Star-Telegram's Clarence Hill:
The only thing the Cowboys are waiting on now is for CB Patrick Robinson to resolve his agent situation. A 3-year deal is pretty much done

Robinson took a visit to the Cowboys on Monday, and it was reportedly enough to seal the deal for him.
Arguably the top cornerback remaining on the free agency market, Robinson spent last season with the San Diego Chargers after spending the first five years of his career with the New Orleans Saints.
He recorded 49 tackles with one forced fumble, one interception, and eight passes defensed last season.
