The Dallas Cowboys hold the No. 4 overall pick in April's NFL Draft, and while many think they'll took to improve their defense, others think that they'll use their opportunity to draft their quarterback of the future for after Tony Romo retires.
As for the team, Cowboys head coach Jason Garrett said they haven't determined which direction they're going to go on draft night.
“I think you have to be careful about over-strategizing the draft at this point," he said. "Really what we’re trying to do is come here and learn about the players and find out who we like at each of the positions, get to know them as best we can.
“That’s really the process that we’re in right now, is to learn about the guys. We don’t say that we wouldn’t take a guy at this position, at this part of the draft or that we would do that – I think that’s all premature. We’re just trying to find out about the players.”
Garrett admitted that the Cowboys scouted four quarterbacks at the Senior Bowl, but they've also been repeatedly tied to Florida State defensive back Jalen Ramsey and UCLA linebacker Myles Jack.
