DeMarcus Ware might be coming home to Dallas. Ware is a pending free agent and with the Cowboys needing defensive end help, a reunion is logical. Ware, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter, is open to heading back to Dallas.
While he remains interested in returning to Denver, LB DeMarcus Ware also is leaving door open to play next season in Dallas, per sources.

Ware has battled injuries in recent years and the Broncos might not need him. They already have Von Miller, plus Shaquil Barrett and Shane Ray, a pair of youngsters who have played well. So if Denver decides they don't need Ware, perhaps he can rejoin the team that originally drafted him. Dallas certainly needs pass rush help and a veteran presence would be a big boost to some of the young players who need some more leadership. Plus, he likely won't break the bank.
But while the fit makes perfect sense, that doesn't mean Ware is a lock. In particular, he said he would like to play again with QB Tony Romo.
"I would like to reunite with Romo," Ware said. "He's one of those quarterbacks where he's good but the thing is, I know what we have with the Denver Broncos and you gotta go with what you have. Play with what you got and just roll with it."
Romo isn't coming back to the Cowboys next season, and he's at least been linked to the Broncos. Still, keep an eye on Ware returning to Dallas to finish out his career.
