Jason Garrett is firmly on the hot seat and Jerry Jones’ latest comments aren’t cooling off his hot seat status for the Cowboys. Even if he could be a coach “in the NFL” next year. If Garrett is done, does Chris Petersen make sense as a replacement? He surprisingly resigned from his job as the Washington Huskies head coach, so something is coming?
Cowboys Free Agency will be interesting this year, with Cooper and Jones at the end of their deals. Cooper wants to stay and likely will, which is obvious to most people. Byron Jones, however, has a trickier future with the Cowboys. He might become too expensive.
