The 2019 NFL Draft is officially over & the Dallas Cowboys added eight players in the NFL Draft. The Cowboys drafted DT Trysten Hill from UCF in the 2nd round before selecting OL Connor McGovern in Round 3.
The Cowboys didn’t have a pick in Round 1 of the 2019 NFL Draft, but were very active on days 2 & 3. The Cowboys made several draft trades which resulted in the Cowboys having 8 draft picks instead of 6. However, Dallas neglected its biggest need at Safety early and decided to draft 2 DL, an OL, two RBs & a CB before selecting a safety in the 7th round.
