The NFL trade rumor mill was cranked up to 11 Friday, with the report that the Dallas Cowboys could trade QB Tony Romo to the Washington Redskins. It was part of a larger 3-team deal, with the San Francisco 49ers getting Kirk Cousins, Romo heading to the Redskins and the Cowboys getting draft picks.
That led to plenty of chaos on social media, as the idea of Romo heading to the Cowboys' biggest rival isn't an easy idea to accept. But the crazy rumor might not have much truth to it. Multiple beat writers have come out and disputed the trade rumors.
