The Dallas Cowboys have said that they're doing everything they can to bring All-Pro RB DeMarco Murray back next season, but that doesn't appear to be the case.
According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, the Cowboys haven't called Murray since last week. That isn't sitting well with the running back, who removed all mentions of the Cowboys from his various social media accounts.
Murray led the NFL in rushing last season and is one of the most sought-after free agents on the open market. The Philadelphia Eagles, Oakland Raiders, and Jacksonville Jaguars have all expressed serious interest in Murray.
Prior to this period of silence, Murray said he wanted to return to the Cowboys and would even give them a slight hometown discount, but that may have changed.
