The Washington Redskins have signed former Dallas Cowboys offensive coordinator and Oakland Raiders head coach Bill Callahan to a three-year deal, said to be worth quite a bit of coin.
Here's ESPN's Ed Werder with the report:
The #Redskins have hired former #Cowboys OC and offensive line coach Bill Callahan to very lucrative three-year contract.

Werder had reported earlier that Callahan would not re-sign with the Cowboys prior to his exclusivity period's expiration as he wanted to pursue other potential job options. While young Sean McVay remains technically in place as the Redskins' offensive coordinator, it's likely that Callahan will at least play some sort of mentorship role if he doesn't take the job outright in a reshuffle.
