Wilfried Zaha should be valued at £70million this summer, but Crystal Palace will resist the urged to cash in on their star man, believes former Eagles chairman Simon Jordan.
Zaha was recognised for his brilliant run of recent form by being voted the Premier League Player of the Month for April – the first Palace player to win the award since Andrew Johnson in 2004.
The 25-year-old scored four goals and added one assist as Roy Hodgson’s men won two and drew two of their four matches last month.
He has hit top form at just the right time for Palace, who now sit well clear of relegation danger in 11th place, but his form is also likely to attract a host of suitors in the upcoming transfer window.
