Crystal Palace rounded-off their pre-season tour in Switzerland yesterday as they lost 2-0 to Uhrencup champions BSC Young Boys.
The clash opened in energetic fashion as Nicolas Moumi Ngamaleu bagged within four minutes before Guillaume Hoarau placed the ball home on the half hour mark.
Following the half time break, the Eagles came out fighting and saw several chances fall their way. However, despite their resurgent best efforts, Roy Hodgson's men were unable to capitalise and ended their spell in the Alpine nation with a loss.
Following the clash, manager Hodgson described the time as "a good week's work.
