Spanish midfielder Victor Camarasa has joined Crystal Palace on a one-year loan deal from La Liga side Real Betis, with the south London club also having an option to buy the 25-year old at the end of this season.
Camarasa began his journey through the youth ranks with his hometown club Valencia CF aged just seven – at the same Academy which helped develop Palace goalkeeper Vicente Guaita - before joining Atlético Levante UD in 2012, with whom he began his senior career. Having played for Levante's reserve team, Camarasa earned his first-team debut against Recreativo de Huelva in 2013.
