Norwood Junction train station will be closed this Sunday, the day Crystal Palace host AFC Bournemouth in their final home game of the season.
Supporters travelling by train will have to use a replacement bus service which runs from New Cross Gate to West Croydon or find an alternative route.
Nearby stations Selhurst and Thornton Heath will be running a normal Sunday service but the club advise supporters to check National Rail or Southern Rail websites for the services that will be operating from these stations.
