The decision to disallow Patrick Bamford's goal against Crystal Palace for offside has been called 'the worst in the history of football' by BT Sport pundit Robbie Savage.
Leeds were 2-0 down when the forward thought he'd pulled a goal back but VAR ruled out his strike. Replays showed Bamford's feet and most of his body was behind the deepest Palace defender, however, the striker had his arm outstretched pointing where he wanted the ball to be played.
Bamford's arm was millimetres beyond the lines drawn by VAR and the goal was harshly chalked off, much to the dismay of Savage and Match of the Day presenter Gary Lineker.
