Roy Hodgson has named his starting lineup to face Aston Villa this afternoon, fielding the exact same XI which kicked-off in the Eagles' historic victory against Manchester United.
Mamadou Sakho has made the bench, having spent summer and a large part of last season recovering from injury. Sakho managed to play in pre-season for Palace against Bristol City and AFC Wimbledon but hasn't featured in a Premier League game since leaving the field of play against Leicester City in February of this year.
Starting, summer signings Gary Cahill and Jordan Ayew face their former club, with Cahill making his second senior start for Palace and Ayew earning his selection after netting the south Londoners' first goal against the Red Devils.
