Scott Dann will make his first appearance in just over a year for Crystal Palace as he has been named in Roy Hodgson’s starting line-up against Grimsby Town.
The centre-back is one of nine changes to the side that beat Wolves on Wednesday night, with only Wilfried Zaha and Andros Townsend given the nod to play again.
Wayne Hennessey returns in goal behind a back four that includes Dann partnered by Martin Kelly in the heart of defence, with Pape Souare and Joel Ward in the full-back positions. Jeffrey Schlupp and Max Meyer are joined in midfield by Jairo Riedewald who makes his first Selhurst appearance of the season.
