Team News: Benteke leads the line, Zaha on the bench

Roy Hodgson’s first line-up for the 2019/20 Premier League seasons see Christian Benteke lead the line against Everton.

The Belgium international will be supported in the final third by Andros Townsend and summer addition, Jordan Ayew.

Wilfried Zaha makes the matchday squad, as does Cheikhou Kouyaté, with the manager confirming in yesterday's press conference that all players at this summer's Africa Cup of Nations were available for selection.

The Eagles could see three debuts today with James McCarthy, Victor Camarasa and Gary Cahill all options for Hodgson from the bench.

Our visitors also have the possibility of three debutants with Moise Kean, Jean-Philippe Gbamin and Jonas Lössl named in the squad by Marco Silva.
