Southampton top scorer Danny Ings could return from injury to face Crystal Palace in the Premier League on Tuesday evening.
Striker Ings suffered a hamstring problem in the 2-1 defeat at Tottenham on April 21, with Saints boss Ralph Hasenhuttl initially fearing the player could miss the remainder of the season.
'It's possible. We will have a look today in the session and then we will decide it,' Hasenhuttl said on Monday when asked about Ings' availability.
Ings' setback, which came after he netted his 10th league goal of the season, sparked serious concerns at St Mary's.
