The Crystal Palace squad hit the training pitch for the first time on tour today.
Having spent yesterday in the gym, the lads were put through their paces under the Swiss sun this morning.
In a light session, the team focussed on their fitness and shooting before returning for further work in the gym once they'd left the pitch.
