A Premier League doctor has revealed expert advice on how to stay healthy amid the coronavirus outbreak.
Crystal Palace’s head of sports medicine, Dr Zafar Iqbal, has outlined his advice for staying safe and healthy in these testing circumstances.
Iqbal has recommended three-four small regular meals a day and insists you should not miss breakfast as the body will go into 'storage mode'.
