Crystal Palace Under-23 players Nikola Tavares and Nya Kirby both featured in their countries' recent wins during the international break.
Tavares, who appeared for Croatia's Under-20 side in a 3-1 win over Belarus last Wednesday, came on as a half-time substitute in the fixture's second-leg on Friday and excelled in defence.
Croatia won the first match 3-1 and the second 2-0, with Tavares performing well in both.
His teammate Kirby replaced Chelsea's Conor Gallagher as England Under-19s eased their way to a 3-1 victory over Iceland with Middlesbrough's Steven Walker scoring twice to add to Steven Sessegnon's early strike.
