Manchester United’s stop-start season continued on Friday when the club confirmed Antony’s return and then revealed Lisandro Martinez could be sidelined for more than two months.
Antony will end a four-week absence by resuming training on Saturday while his team-mates play Crystal Palace at Old Trafford for the second time this week.
The Brazil star, 23, returned on Tuesday from South America, where he has been on fully paid leave fighting allegations he attacked three women.
Antony voluntarily met with Greater Manchester Police for questioning on Thursday.
