Palace academy graduate and Welsh international midfielder Jonny Williams has left Crystal Palace Football Club and joined League One side Charlton Athletic, bringing his 17 years at the south London club to a close.
The Welshman joined the Eagles aged eight, progressing through the ranks to make his full debut in August 2011 against Coventry City. He would feature regularly for the Eagles as they clinched promotion to the Premier League in 2012/13 with Williams starting the play-off final against Watford, as well as also being named the club's Young Player of the Year and winning his first full international cap that campaign.
