Alexander Sørloth’s Norway could celebrate UEFA Nations League promotion on Monday night after they struck late to grab a 1-1 draw against Slovenia on Friday.
With his team trailing, the Palace striker was introduced off the bench in the 75th minute, and 10 minutes later a Bjoern Maars Johnsen header salvaged a point which leaves Norway top of their group.
They are currently level on points with Bulgaria, and a win against Cyprus would give them a massive chance of moving out of League C, although simply bettering the Bulgarian’s result would also see them advance.
