Roy Hodgson has revealed that Scott Dann will be assessed as to whether he can play in Crystal Palace's home clash with Aston Villa tomorrow, with the defender having damaged his hand against Colchester United on Tuesday night.
Hodgson said that he and his staff would have to "decide in the morning if he's fit enough to play" after the long-serving Palace man had his hand "trampled" against The U's.
Turning his attention to the rest of Palace's squad, Hodgson provided another update on centrebacks James Tomkins and Mamadou Sakho, offering a more positive update on the pair this week.
