As Premier League clubs continue their preparations for a return to football, Crystal Palace have outlined how Project Restart works when it comes to training.
The club breaks down how they have been doing things in a video, with players heading to Kent Cricket's training ground for sessions.
Before they even leave their cars, which are parked at least two metres away from everyone else's due to social distancing guidelines, the players will have their temperature taken.
Once they're allowed to leave their cars, they will conduct a pre-activation routine on Kent's pitches, before following a specially designated route to the training ground to avoid contact with other people.
