Scott McTominay has spoken about Ralf Rangnick's management style, praising the Manchester United interim coach for talking straight.
United won their first Premier League game under Rangnick on Sunday, beating Crystal Palace 1-0 at Old Trafford before earning a 1-1 draw at home to Young Boys in a Champions League dead rubber on Wednesday.
Although United ended up with only a narrow win thanks to a thumping strike from Fred, the effect of the German coach could already be seen against Palace, with the team looking far more organised and comfortable on the ball than under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, who was sacked last month after seven defeats in 13 matches.
