Jurgen Klopp's Liverpool have taken a record away from Sir Alex Ferguson's all-conquering Manchester United after Harvey Elliott sent the Reds to the top of the Premier League on Saturday with a late winner at Crystal Palace.
Elliott came off the bench to score the decisive goal in the 91st minute as Liverpool came from behind to win 2-1 at Selhurst Park.
His strike was the 17th stoppage time winner Liverpool have scored since Jurgen Klopp arrived at the club in 2015, taking them one clear of the 16 United managed under Ferguson in the Premier League era.
