Crystal Palace's victory over Millwall in Saturday's London derby in the FA Cup was marred by offensive chanting by a section of the away fans at Selhurst Park.
Millwall supporters were heard shouting 'let him die' after Palace striker Jean-Philippe Mateta was injured by a flying kick to his head from visiting goalkeeper Liam Roberts, who was shown an early red card.
Meanwhile, Palace left back Ben Chilwell, who is currently on loan from Chelsea, was subjected to homophobic abuse.
Cries of 'Chelsea rent boy' were aimed at the 28-year-old as he completed his first full 90 minutes since moving to Palace.
