Premier League strugglers Crystal Palace have agreed a deal in principle to sign Galatasaray defender Lionel Carole, according to reports.
Turkish outlet Aksam believe a fee in the region of £3million has been accepted for the French left-back and Palace are close to agreeing personal terms for the 25-year-old.
An official statement is expected in the near future as Sam Allardyce begins to stamp his authority on his struggling side.
A major overhaul at Selhurst Park is expected this summer given the Londoners' poor form in the league.
Relegation remains a real threat but Allardyce is already beginning to bolster his squad with the intention of extending their stay in the Premier League.
