Dominic Calvert-Lewin was sent off during Everton's FA Cup third-round match against Crystal Palace on Sunday and was taunted by Eagles fans inside Selhurst Park as he made his way down the tunnel.
In what was a drab 0-0 affair, that saw both teams fail to convert their chances, Calvert-Lewin slid in to win the ball from Palace's Nathaniel Clyne.
The Everton forward appeared to have his studs up when he made the challenge, but there was no excessive force or malice in the tackle, with the 26-year-old seeming to make minimal contact with Clyne's shinpad.
