Crystal Palace have reportedly identified Bournemouth's Jefferson Lerma as a top summer transfer target after an impressive season at the Cherries.
A host of Premier League club's have been put on alert about a possible move with Lerma's existing Bournemouth contract expiring in the summer.
Palace are apparently keen to try and take advantage of the midfielder's contract status in a bid to lure Lerma to Selhurst Park once the season finishes.
However, Gary O'Neill's south coast side are attempting to tie the 28-year-old down to a new contract that would see him extend his time at the club, according to The Sun.
