Crystal Palace have reportedly been told they will have to pay West Bromwich Albion just £900,000 for Nathan Ferguson following a tribunal that took place this week.
West Brom will be disappointed with the result of the tribunal considering they had initially agreed deal worth £8million in January 2020 for the midfielder.
However, a knee-related issue was picked up in his medical and the two clubs were forced back to the table to discuss how to proceed with the deal.
Palace wanted to renegotiate the terms of the deal to compensate for the risk associated with signing an injured player.
