Crystal Palace are poised to confirm the signing of goalkeeper Diego Cavalieri after agreeing a short term contract until the end of the season.
The Brazilian and his representatives from the LM03 sports agency agreed terms at Palace's training ground on Wednesday.
Talks began in the second week of February, as reported by Sportsmail.
Cavalieri, who worked with Roy Hodgson briefly while the two were at Liverpool, had to tie up loose ends with his former club Fluminense after ending his contract there.
