Crystal Palace are reportedly closing in on a £23million deal to sign Lyon defender Joachim Andersen.
The centre back impressed during his loan spell with Fulham last season, despite their relegation to the Championship, and has attracted interest from several clubs including Chelsea, Tottenham and Manchester United.
But according to The Sun, the 25-year-old has held extremely positive talks with new Palace boss Patrick Vieira and is ready to put pen to paper on a five-year contract.

The initial fee for the defender is set to be £19m with add-ons taking the deal to a possible £23m.
