Crystal Palace are monitoring Conor Gallagher’s Chelsea involvement as they remain hopeful of re-signing him on loan.
Gallagher was one of the stars of Palace’s season last year, thriving under Patrick Vieira, making 39 appearances, scoring eight times and setting up five more goals.
His displays earned him a breakthrough into Gareth Southgate’s England squad and he was also named Palace’s player of the season.
All-action midfielder Gallagher has returned to Chelsea for this season after a conversation with manager Thomas Tuchel in which he told him he feels he is ready to play for the club.
