Crystal Palace have discussed the possibility of manager Roy Hodgson having to stay at home.
The government on Monday asked those over the age of 70 to minimise social contact.
Hodgson, 72, is the Premier League’s oldest boss and is affected by the new guidelines.
With doubts persisting over whether the season will continue after last week’s suspension until April 4, Palace can only monitor the situation closely.
Hodgson said this month: ‘You have to abide by whatever decisions are made. We live in a democracy and are all law-abiding citizens.
