Chelsea have reportedly made a £39million pound offer to sign Crystal Palace star Michael Olise.
According to RMC Sport journalist Fabrice Hawkins, the 21-year-old has been 'seduced by the Blues' project' and 'in principle agrees to go to Chelsea even if there are always negotiations.'
It is the first bid that Mauricio Pochettino's side have made to sign him but they will face competition from Pep Guardiola's Man City, who are also interested in acquiring the young talent.
