Hosted by the Mental Health Foundation, Mental Health Awareness Week starts today (Monday 18th May) and runs until 24th May, 2020.
Of course, this week only serves as a conversation starter. But thankfully we are in a world that is increasingly opening up and understanding the struggles each and every one of us go through on differing levels.
