OMAHA, Neb. - Creighton dominated on the offensive end as Bluejays' seniors led the way with two early goals and notched another in the second period in route to the Bluejay's second win of the season.
Creighton's afternoon win lifted their record to 2-1-0 to begin the year while the Western Michigan Broncos recorded their first loss this season to fall to 2-1-1.
The Bluejays stormed ahead early and began the match with two quick goals against the Broncos leading to the first time since Sept.16, 2017 against Omaha that a pair of goals were scored in the first 15 minutes of the match.
