OMAHA, Neb. -- Freshmen Katherine Lemke and Eleanor Hudepohl claimed the top two spots as the Creighton women's golf team earned the Creighton Classic title on Tuesday at Oak Hills Country Club.
Lemke fired rounds of 74, 76 and 74 for a 224 total, one shot better than Hudepohl's loops of 75, 76 and 74 to top the field of 28 golfers.
Lemke picked up her first collegiate title in just her third career start, and has now opened her Bluejay career with three consecutive top-10 finishes. The Geneva, Ill.
