Atlanta, Ga. -- The Creighton women's basketball team was honored Tuesday, July 31st as the Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) announced its 2017-18 Academic Top 25 Team Honor Roll. The Bluejays ranked ninth in NCAA Division I, with a team grade point average of 3.633.
Creighton is one of two BIG EAST institutions honored in the top-25 as DePaul came in 15th with a 3.531 GPA. The Bluejays have now earned the WBCA Academic Top 25 Honor seven times in head coach Jim Flanery's 16 seasons at the helm.
