OMAHA, Neb. -- The Creighton Volleyball team remained 17th in the AVCA/TARAFLEX Top 25 poll released on Monday. The Bluejays are also a season-best 14th in the NCAA's fourth official RPI release of the season, improving four spots from a week ago.
Creighton (19-4, 10-2 BIG EAST) has swept each of its last seven matches, hitting .357 in that span and outscoring foes 528-344. Just two of CU's last seven opponents have scored more than 21 points in a set.
The Bluejays are one of 15 schools (along with Baylor, BYU, Florida, Georgia Tech, Kentucky, Louisville, Nebraska, Oregon, Penn State, Pitt, Purdue, Stanford, Texas and Wisconsin) to have been ranked each of the last 41 polls.
