OMAHA, Neb. -- The Creighton Volleyball team remained 12th in the second-to-last RPI of the regular-season and fell one spot to No. 22 in this week's AVCA Top 25 poll.
The Bluejays, winners of 11 straight, own an nation-best 28 wins just six days prior to Selection Sunday for the NCAA Volleyball Championships. Creighton improved to 28-3 overall with 3-0 sweeps over the weekend against Seton Hall and St. John's, which clinched a share of the program's league-record eighth consecutive BIG EAST regular-season title. Creighton also leads the nation with 87 set victories and is second with 11 true road wins.
